The Latin American and Caribbean Center sustains an important relationship with local, national and international media as part of its outreach mission by providing expert sources and hosting an annual conference for journalists covering the region.

Each spring, LACC hosts the annual Journalists and Editors Workshop for reporters and editors who cover the region. Now in its 27th year, the conference attracts journalists from top media organizations, Latin American policy makers and academics for a series of panel discussions.
