Documentary film directed by Angus Gibson and Miguel Salazar under the auspices of the Transitional Justice Commission provides an up-close look at impunity in Latin America and recounts the events that transpired over the the course of the 1985 two-day siege on the Palace of Justice in Colombia by guerrilla forces and the subsequent "re-capture" of the building by the Colombian Armed Forces. Screening followed by interdisciplinary panel on impunity, memory and justice with participation from Victor Uribe, History & Law, FIU, Andrea Fanta, Modern Languages, FIU, Maria Elvira Restrepo, International Studies, UM and Colombian journalist, Ana Maria Hanssen.
