Post-Earthquake Haiti: Humanitarian Aid and the Path to Development

K-12 student simulation based on current events and international aid efforts in Haiti. As part of the simulation exercise, students represent aid teams that have pledged to support post-quake stabilization, reconstruction and development and are required to develop solutions to current challenges facing the country, international cooperation and aid operations. Led by David Twigg, Ph.D., Director, Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy and Citizenship Studies (IPPCS), FIU.
