Throughout his 30-year career, Mr. Noesner was involved in numerous hostage incidents and over 120 international kidnapping cases involving US citizens. As Senior VP with Control Risks, Mr. Noesner spent over five years working on the kidnapping case involving three American defense contractors taken hostage by the FARC in Colombia.
